If you have a laptop and cellphone that have BlueTooth they can communicate and your cell phone will provide the internet signal for your laptop, but it will only work where your cellphone gets a signal, and you will have to pay the charges for being on your cellphone for the time you are on the internet, including any roaming/long distance fees.</description>
