Which Is The Best Cell Phone Service In Canada?

I going to get my 1st cell phone, but don’t know anything about cell phones. Which company offers the best service? Rogers, Fido or Bell? I mostly need it for quick calls and maybe very few texting.
Also does it cause money to surf the internet on the phone?

    umm i heard rogers is very good even though i dont live in canada but i dont know do some research
