What mobiles offer internet and im-ing?
I know of the blackberry curve. A list of mobiles that offer the internet and im feature would be great 
And can you go on msn on a Motorola Hiptop?
Does im-ing and internet cost alot?

Almost all of the phones now includes Instant Messaging. T-mobile treats each instant message as a text message so you need to get a data plan for that.
For the internet, your best bet would be phones released from 2006 and up. Almost all of them now are web enabled. Depending on your service provider the internet plans will vary. For T-mobile the have internet plans for blackberries, sidekicks, g1 and for other web-enabled phones from $25 to $35 monthly per line.
