I want cable internet, but the apartment complex signed a contract with this cable provider that does not provide internet.

    Either live with it or move. I use DSL and I’m perfectly happy with it. It’s fast enough for me, most downloads only take a mintue to ten to download.

    Move! The complex has made their choice to get in bed with a substandard cable provider and there is not much you can do about it.

    Hope that your neighboor has a wireless network, and get a WiFi card.
