   Clearwire is your best option, DSL without phone service are going to run $50.00 or so after all the tax.
   AT&T, Verizon and Sprint have wireless ISP but they are not cheap all are 50.00 and have usage limits.
   If you live in a wireless service area.IE your cell works good
   then check Clear Wire out, they have some good deals,

   I think your looking for a “Naked DSL” service. Suggest you Google the term and find a local ISP offering the service. They will typically come up at the top of the search list with their paid links.
