No “normal” type carrier offers service in the area. Also, cell phone service is limited there, so, I cannot hook up my pc with such technology that would enable this type of approach (for example, Verizon air card, etc.).
Is satellite connectivity the only answer?

Some people told me that this happens because you kinda “share” the bandwidth with the neighborhood and, therefore, they cannot guarantee the bandwidth you paid for. Is there anyone else on the same price range that offer quality high-speed internet? The purpose is to use this for games (Xbox Live), Netflix streaming, etc.
