I am currently with comcast, and my contract is about to end so im looking to find another company that offers these three things but cheaper.

I’ve compared prices from the different websites, but it’s difficult to get a good idea of the “best value” because all the companies brag about their own exceptional service.
I’d rather pay a little more for decent service.

I want cable internet, but the apartment complex signed a contract with this cable provider that does not provide internet.

I am a college student who is planning on moving into an apartment with 3 other students. we are looking for the cheapest and the best internet offered. not too much concern on the cable tv but we do want more than basic channels.
