Mobile No. Is Philippines Based. I Would Like To Use Wi-fi For Internet@airports Around Asia & For Free Calls?

i wud like to use skype to go using my philippine mobile#’s wi-fi to call people in the philippines, usa, canada, europe& wen using wi-fi at asian airports ( like China- primary city, Hongkong,Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea) since this software seems to cover most areas . i dont want to download several programs to be able to call around the world but can some1 suggest who offers best value for clarity & prices per minute & using which software? if i have wlan802.11b or g as found in the iphone and the sony ericsson p1i, what 1 software is best value / cheapest to call with?
i also have a psp2 that is loaded with 9.3version thats supposed to b compatible with skype to go. is this the best software to load at the mobile handset & psp2 given the wlan thats in the hard disk of the mobile & psp2?
also, how much memory shld i reserve for the above? wat size flash memory drive is best to save the software to for transfer to the mobile&psp2?
