we are looking for a 1800- number or service for a 1 800 # to answer for us when we are on a job site.. we also have a web site for retail, how can we be alerted when a sale has been submitted..our office for now is in our home and nothing is used in this room but business affairs and clients calls on projects with builders of higher class homes. our fabric samples our drawing-tables and Internet service dell laptop.. we are working for manufacturers to supply our products for our business, mostly India, Columbia,China,Germany, iItaly.. thanks for your help and if you know about the best shipping company coming into miami ports and trucking it to us.. or does ups can do this for us ground delivery Kind Regards Susan

Don’t look for the company with the best rates. Look for the one with the most reliable service.
I don’t know what the situation is in South Florida (since you mention Miami, I am making an assumption), but I have friends who have switched to cheap phone service and, based on their experience, switched back very quickly. Common problems were;
Difficulty in getting set up (nearly a week without service)
Busy signals both incoming and outgoing
Delays in getting a dial tone
Since I would rather be safe than sorry I spend the extra money and use Verizon, the successor to Bell Atlantic, for my phone service.
