Best Internet Service Providers In Hendersonville, Nc?

I am moving to Hendersonville, NC and I am wondering if there is anyone who can point me to the best internet service provider there. I have been doing research and I am not too enthused about it. I have lived in major metroploitan areas most of my life and have always had great service. But moving to a more rural area has cut those choices way down.
My choices are Direct TV Satellite (expensive) At&t DSL (only 1.5 mbps available) Mediacom (only heard horrible reviews) and some local Mom and Pops in the area. I am leaning toward the Mediacom as it is moderately priced and will offer me a higher speed than the DSL. If you have experience with any of these companies I would love to hear from you. Thanks.
